How Snow Crochet Began

Snow Crochet didn't start with a business plan. It started with a basket of leftover yarn, a borrowed hook, and the slow, patient rhythm of learning a new stitch one evening at a time.
What began as a way to slow down quickly became something more. I noticed how much textile waste passed through our homes and tailors' shops — beautiful fabric destined for landfill. I wondered: what if those fibres could be reborn?
The first Snow Crochet piece was a small scarf made from upcycled t-shirt yarn. A friend bought it. Then another. Then a stranger. And just like that, an idea became a calling.
Today, The Circular Stitch is where I share that journey — the messy middle, the lessons, and the belief that handmade, sustainable fashion can change the way we dress and the way we think.
